1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Zamirchor e.V. at zamir4peace.de.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory value added tax and exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address you provide. Digital products will be delivered by email or by providing a download link.

6. Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, shipment will be made after receipt of payment.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires when the execution of the contract has begun after you have expressly agreed and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal.

9. Copyright and rights of use

All audio and video recordings are protected by copyright. With your purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private use. Public performances, duplication, or transfer to third parties are prohibited without written permission.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In addition, the Product Liability Act applies.

12. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure.

13. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
